A bit about the Mahatma Letters...
Welcome to the Workshop entitled "The Mahatma Letters to A.P. Sinnett". In this segment of our site we shall be presenting a summarized version of the 10 Lesson Course written by theosophist Virginia Hanson concerning a number letters from two Adepts of the Planetary Hierarchy to Mr. Alfred P. Sinnett, a British journalist then living in Allahabad, India, and his friend Alan Hume, also an India British resident those days. The correspondence, lasting slightly more than 4 years, comprises about 160 letters containing invaluable esoteric information coming directly from the Masters. The originals can be perused at the British Museum Library, where they were deposited around 1922.
